FIRST FITTING
MEASUREMENTS
At the first meeting, after choosing the model, fabrics and materials, Armando Rubino takes the customer's measurements in order to create a totally tailor-made suite. Subsequently, the fabrics for the jacket and trousers are cut.
Arrivati a questo punto l’abito è quasi terminato: viene ricavato il modello dello specifico cliente per far sì che gli eventuali futuri abiti abbiano bisogno di un’unica prova, volta solamente ai piccoli aggiustamenti.
Si stabilisce l’altezza delle asole, la lunghezza delle maniche che dovrebbero mostrare almeno 1 cm della camicia con le braccia distese; si conclude così la giacca ed il pantalone e si consegna il prodotto finito al cliente.
L'abito inizia a prender forma, giacca e pantalone sono imbastiti. Durante la prima prova Armando Rubino controlla come tessuti e modello si adattino alle misure prese nel dare corpo ad una giacca ed un pantalone che calzino alla perfezione.
